Pls propose your suit bulk vessel for our firm cargo as following:

Commodity : 4.250 MT (+/-10%) MOLCO Cold Rolled Coil
Load Port : 1 Sbp Cigading
Disch Port : 1 Sbp Portklang, Malaysia
Laycan Cigading : February. 25-28, 2007
Freight Rate : Invite owner best rate, FILO BSS 1/1
Loading/Disch Rate : 3-4 days / CQD Bends
Lashing / Securing / Dunnage on shipper's account on Master's satisfy for vessel's safety
Detention : USD 2,500.00 PDPR applied if no document ready / no cargo ready / no stevedores ready / no trucks / no lori ready upon vessel arrival at loading
port and dischaging

Other Term of Condition:
1. Vessel age not more than 20 year old
2. Vessel's crane capacity must be able to lift 20MT of coil
2. Vessel must be covered by P&I Club
3. O.A.P: If any will be at vessel's / owner's account
4. Lighterage for lightening due to vessel exceeding the permissible draft at loading / discharging port to be for vessel's / owner account
5. Bid condition: F.I.L.O Terms
6. Cargo should be allowed to discharge against single L.O.I from shipper / buyer
7. All vessel equipment & instruments are in good and workable condition
8. The vessel lay can can delay due to certain reason, a penalty of USD 0.20/mt per day will be applied
9. Vessel acceptance subject to buyer approval
